I just read a great article today over at Cindy Leitz’ website.
Cindy has a wonderful site that teaches how to make polymer clay beads.
I haven’t learned how to make clay beads yet but I have it on my very long to-do list!
Anyway, back to her article.
Although I don’t want to downplay how tough this economic recession will be for everyone, Cindy’s article has great insight into why jewelry making has some bright spots even when the economy is sputtering.

Almost 25 years of making handmade jewelry and there hasn’t been a bad year yet! Make something beautiful, different and affordable; you can’t go wrong making handmade jewelry. People don’t buy houses or cars but a new pair of handmade earrings is always in the budget!
