This week’s featured video class shows how to bead weave a Rose Ring.

I really like the simple design of this ring, and notice that you can use different color beads when you weave the “rose” part of the design.

My favorite is the dark red color, but I have made the ring with light pink beads as well.

With all the different shades of roses available today I think you could make the rose parts in any color you want!

The video shows how to make a size 6~7 ring using three different colors of swarovski 5301 bicone beads in 3mm size, 35 inches of monofilament string, and a flush cutter.

However, I also show how to add a few beads to the pattern to make a size 8~9 ring as well.

It may be hard to tell from the picture, but the way I make this is to weave one level of beads together to form the ring, and then I add more beads to create the second level.

With spring just around the corner (please hurry up and get warm!), this rose ring is a nice match for spring weather.

   I showed the rose ring at my work and they fell in love with it? I am going to buy the vedeos as my collection? all your patterns are very nice? I really don’t know how I did it but this is my first time to do the beads and it turned out to be gorgeous?
